Use of the service
Sakani is currently in pre-launch. The forms collect interest only and do not create any legal obligation to buy or sell. All real-estate transactions, when they go live, will be executed in line with Dubai Land Department rules and UAE law.
No agency relationship
Sakani is a technology platform that connects owners and buyers directly. Sakani is not a real estate broker or agent and does not represent either party in negotiations.
