    Verify your identity

    Both sellers and buyers complete Emirates ID + KYC. We confirm property ownership against the title deed before any listing goes live.

  2. 02

    We build your Verified Profile

    Once your property is validated, our team comes on-site to shoot HD photos, a walkthrough video, scan the floor plan and verify community + service-charge data. Buyers see an agency-grade profile — without the agency.

  3. 03

    List or browse

    Owners' verified profiles go live to our KYC'd buyer database. Matched buyers are notified instantly by community, budget and bedrooms — no need to wait for portal indexing.

  4. 04

    Connect directly

    Buyers message sellers in-app. Negotiate, agree on a price, share documents — all in a secure thread, all logged for the file.

  5. 05

    Sign Form F (MOU)

    Once you agree on price, we generate the DLD's official Form F. Both parties e-sign and the buyer's 10% security cheque is held under the MoU until transfer day.

  6. 06

    Get the developer NOC

    We file the No Objection Certificate request with your developer and track it to issuance — typically 3–14 working days.

  7. 07

    Transfer at the DLD

    Buyer, seller and (if applicable) the bank meet at a registration trustee office. Manager's cheques are exchanged at the exact moment the new title deed is issued — your money and the title swap at the same time.

Once you've matched and agreed on price, buyer and seller pick the closing track that fits the deal. All three end with a new title deed at the DLD.
